Natalie Seys
Natalie Seys is one of ORG's Founding Partners and serves as Chief Operations and Finance Officer. Since 2002 she has led a company with a growing team of now 80 people, overseeing the Brussels, Antwerp, and New York ORG offices.
Natalie has over 25 years of experience working internationally as an architect. Additionally, in her current capacity she also leads the design review process for multiple large-scale architecture projects for ORG. Her integrated approach to leadership, within business, teams and projects, creates a progressive, collaborative and intelligent office.
She recently contributed to the design of the Infrabel offices and facilities in Gent Sint-Pieters, the Combori halls in Antwerp, and the Zwartzustervest intergenerational housing project in Mechelen.
