Art Tek Tulltorja wins Holcim Foundation Awards

ORG's Art‑Tek Tulltorja has been named a 2025 Holcim Awards Regional Winner for Europe, one of just five projects selected across the continent.

The project transforms Pristina’s former brick factory into a new platform for creativity, technology, and sustainable urban life. It reflects ORG’s approach to working with legacy, engaging community, and designing for long-term transformation.

We are grateful to the Holcim Foundation for recognizing our work and proud to share this achievement with our partners and the city, and to see our work celebrated on a European stage.
