Art Tek Tulltorja at the 2025 Venice Biennale

Our work for the Prishtina Art Tek center in Tulltorja, Kosovo was exhibited during the Venice Biennale 2025.
Art-Tek Tulltorja is a climate-forward art and technology district designed to support the next generation of creatives and entrepreneurs in Kosovo and the wider region. Located on the site of a former brick factory in central Prishtina, the project transforms a brownfield area into a multifunctional urban park, integrating sustainable development, landscape design and heritage preservation. Art-Tek Tulltorja is now in the permitting phase. The district will include a mix of new construction and retrofitted buildings, housing facilities for art production, cultural presentation, hospitality and social services. Key features include recording and motion capture studios, rehearsal rooms, a theater, outdoor amphitheater, gallery spaces, a museum-hotel, eateries and public services for all age groups. By incorporating solar energy, recycled materials, greywater irrigation and extensive green infrastructure, Tulltorja supports climate resilience and urban regeneration. It aims to become both a local resource for nearby neighborhoods and a creative hub for the city and region.
